The client was using CMiC, an ERP system for the construction industry, to manage project costs, procurement, and sales. As part of their cloud transition, they needed a NAV to Business Central upgrade, which offers advanced features and analytics. The migration involved moving 15 years of historical data and customizations from 27 live databases across three countries and 53 companies, making it a highly complex project. The challenge included migrating nearly 100 TB of data and creating a merged database, as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central required a single database for all regions.
