Product Features:
 
Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
This is the central system of the entire suite and maintains the employee /consultants details of the entire company
The employees would be aligned to company hierarchy viz. Group Level a Subsidiary Level a Division Level and the complete employee demographics, salary details, reporting details and promotion information is maintained
Provides functionality for the Leave Management, Benefits and Compensation etc
 
Time Sheet Management, Invoicing and Project System (TIPS)
Provides for Time sheet entry, submission and approval Work-flow management for the timesheet submission and approvals
The list of the projects that are executed/currently executing for a customer along with allocated/forecasted budgets are maintained
Role based (PM, PL, TL) employee allocation to the specific project(s) and tracks the time on each task defined in the project
Budgeting and tracking of Project related time, cost etc project wise, employee wise etc
Raising of invoices to respective customers
Integrates with current email environment to send reminders
 
Talent Life Cycle Management (TLM)
Provides the flexibility to Human Resources personnel to automate their talent acquisition process
Workflow starts from raising a request for fulfillment of an open position, flashing, uploading the shortlisted resumes and final selection with date and time information
Completing the on boarding process with mailing of employment letters and replicating candidate information to the HRMS once the employee joined the company
 
Request Management (RM)
It provides the facility to raise and track Requests, by anyone in the system to individuals / departments across the organization
The system is flexible to define any requests like Infrastructure requests, Help Desk requests, Travel tickets requests, Travel Advance etc
The Criticality, status, escalations, reminder emails and reports are configurable as per the company policies
Status of each request can be monitored by sender and the Manager
 
Performance Management (PM)
This is a role based performance managed system which allows to define Key result Areas (KRAs) for employees in the organization
The KRAs are broadly classified into Hard Factors, Soft Factors and Training needs and the system is capable of calculating a score based on certain predefined weightage
Appraisals are kicked off at the end of the appraisal period
The work-flow starts with Self appraisal a Manager’s appraisal a Reviewer comments/approvals.
Based on this Human Resources Department could suggest the promotion/salary hike which could be subsequently updated in the HRMS module
It integrates with current email environment to send reminders etc
 
Reporting, Administration and Workflow (RAW)
This is centralized reporting system that provides drill-up and drill-down reports across the suite of products which can be customized to the needs of the company
Ability to configure the Company Structure, define the customers, define the email notification/frequency settings and all Administration / set-up activities
Event based, Time based and Exception based Workflow set-up and activation
