She is responsible for the global operations and for guiding the management team and developing Korcomptenz's strategic direction. She leads the Professional Services Group worldwide which includes the initiative of bringing together a vibrant team into Korcomptenz.
Since founding Korcomptenz in 2003, Clara has steered its growth to include a large list of clientele from startups to large Fortune companies. Her passion, her extensive knowledge and hands-on-experience, never-give-up attitude and integrity inspire those associated with her to be winners. Clara in her past illustrious career has been responsible for conceptualizing, establishing, managing and growing relationships with Large Fortune companies in the areas of Information Technology staffing and recruitment.
A graduate in Commerce from Delhi University and with a Masters in Business Administration qualification from Pune University, Clara has worked for large multinational organizations like Henkel, Dabur, Gillette and, A Leading Software consulting company etc in management positions prior to founding Korcomptenz.
She is committed to doing what is best for her customers, employees and investors. She is aggressive in her pursuit of excellence, focused in her search for solutions and strategies to the many issues and problems she routinely encounters and decisive and uncompromising in implementing programs which she deems necessary for the growth and success of Korcomptenz.
Prakash Anthony is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Korcomptenz and has close to 18 years of impressive credentials in the areas of operations, sales and marketing, relationship management and project management in the Information Technology Industry.
Prakash has credible experience in building early stage businesses and setting up start-up ventures and nurturing them to great heights.
A graduate in Chemical engineering from Anna University and with a Masters in Business Administration qualification from International Management Institute, New Delhi Prakash has worked with large and renowned companies such as Mazzoni India, Siemens, and Satyam before co-founding Korcomptenz. Prakash in his past illustrious career has been responsible for the growth and leadership of the Manufacturing Practice of one of the Top Indian Big 5 Organizations.
Prakash has been instrumental in initiating, fortifying and implementing multi-million dollar engagements for Fortune 500 companies like Philips, Gillette, Saint Gobain, PPG Industries, BASF etc in the areas of Offshore Outsourcing. He has initiated and grown several offshore development centers for Fortune 500 companies in Information technology services as well been responsible for the growth of SAP business in India in the mid 90's.
His vision is to propel Korcomptenz into the big league of Global Service providers in the IT and ITES space by initiating several new initiatives like Quality certifications, Enterprise Solutions Practice and Knowledge Process Outsourcing.
Along the way, Prakash has also learnt the value of taking time to motivate and inspire his staff; adopting a consensual approach to problem-solving and decision-making, while being as open and transparent as possible in conducting the affairs of the company.
Venkateswaran, as the Chief Operating Officer at Korcomptenz Consultancy Private Limited, India, manages the entire operations and responsible for the growth of the business and expand the business by identifying new verticals.
He has proficiency in managing and leading teams for running successful operations and experience of developing procedures and standards for business excellence.
A graduate in Industrial Engineering and with Post Graduate Diploma’s in Management, Materials Management and Human Resource Management. His last assignment was with a leading recruitment organization based out of Chennai were he led and managed the recruiting activities for strategic accounts in recruiting and staffing.
Venkat comes with over 25+ years of incisive and result oriented professional experience. He has been a multifunctional expert with strong track record in leading successful teams in human resources, operations and software development. He worked with one of the leading Power Protection Equipment manufacturing industry.
He has handled 2 major SAP implementation assignments and played a major role in developing mini ERP packages and setting up BPO operations for legal abstraction in his previous assignments.
Rana Mukherjee has over 25 years of rich experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations working in large corporations like British Airways, Hindustan Lever, Modi Xerox, Siemens and Reliance Infocomm in leadership roles. Several of these assignments were to launch new businesses in India.
Currently he has taken a sabbatical from corporate life to pursue his passion of teaching in Management colleges and imparting his vast knowledge to the younger generation. He is currently the Director of Indira School of Career Studies, Mumbai. He has also taught in Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Mgmt Studies in the areas of effective communication, IT strategy and dynamics of IT industry.
During his tenure in Siemens, Rana Mukherjee had the unique opportunity to spearhead the growth of the SAP business in India. He led and won several large deals for SAP AG in India which resulted in permanently establishing the supremacy of SAP ERP Software in India over several of its competitors.
